These workouts are designed to allow all participants to work at their own pace and fitness level. Serious, recreational, and novice athletes will all benefit.
Workouts include apparatus, such as medicine balls, stability balls, dumbbells, jump ropes, ladders, and your own body weight to improve, speed, agility, functional strength, mobility, balance, and endurance. A portion of each workout places special emphasis on core strength to help improve efficiency and prevent injury
The group-training atmosphere provides additional motivation and fun to help all participants stay engaged and work to their potential.
