These workouts are designed for cyclists and triathletes of all levels to improve their cycling fitness and pedal stroke technique and efficiency.
Workout meeting locations are within a 5 mile radius of Breakaway. Workouts are a variety of hill repeats and intervals from .25m to 4 miles. Participants work on improving their fitness and skills through a variety of exercises. Workouts include practice with cadence work, sit/stand drills, cornering and ascending/descending exercises. Athletes learn how to train and race using a variety of training zones and techniques.
