Workouts consist of a variety of hill repeats and intervals of varying lengths.  All workouts are designed to help cyclists of all levels improve their cycling skills and cycling fitness. Meet at weekly designated area in North Andover and Andover.  Workouts last between 1:15 and 1:30 minutes
